RETURNS POLICY

We are processing returns.

The buyer has 14 days from delivery of the order to return the products, knowing that the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any return must be reported in advance by email to the following address: maisonhela@gmail.com


Only items returned in their original packaging and with their label will be accepted; they must not have been worn, damaged or washed and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.


After checking the items and validating them, the buyer will receive an email to notify them of the validation of the amount of their credit, valid for 1 month on all of our items.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

Refund in the form of credit or exchange (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the form of a credit or exchange.
If your request is approved, then your refund in the form of a credit or exchange will be processed within a certain number of days.

General Returns Information

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned: 
- Gift cards 
- Software, e-book, videos, downloadable MP3s 
- Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to maisonhela@gmail.com to give you the document and the return address.

Shipping 
To return a product, please email us at maisonhela@gmail.com to provide you with the return document and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
